My training/specialties include: cardio/HIIT, weight training, core training, muscle toning, fat loss, stretching, breathing techniques/relaxation, balance, intermittent fasting, and mind-to-muscle connection development.
Pricing includes travel for local only (15 mile radius from Bourne, MA) if you are outside of these boundaries, a mileage fee of $1.00 per mile will be added.

Anything goes. Beginner or expert. Though, I do recommend to anyone who has trouble with understanding proper form, to begin in person. Once your form becomes natural, you may change your preference to live video training, if you choose to.
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for me is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, in your home, or on live video at home or gym, we'll set up a plan for you. I also provide in-person or live video consultations.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
