I have been in the fitness industry for over 8 years. My experience is strong in many departments. I myself am primarily a bodybuilder, but my expertise reaches far beyond. I am strongly familiar with bodybuilding, power lifting, core strength, cardio, stretching, developmental & specialization training. To add further, I have a lot of experience with those who have/had injuries or surgeries and certain health issues.
Some of us are new, some of us having been doing it a while. Either way, your ideas and goals are important. When we work together, I am here for You, along with any questions or concerns you may have.
During our training, never hesitate to ask for any knowledge or advice outside of training. As a trainer who has done plenty of research, I can help you execute a better diet plan, or give my experiences with supplements or vitamins.
