I have been in the fitness industry for over 8 years. My experience is strong in many departments. I myself am primarily a bodybuilder, but my expertise reaches far beyond. I am strongly familiar with bodybuilding, power lifting, core strength, cardio, stretching, developmental & specialization training. To add further, I have a lot of experience with those who have/had injuries or surgeries and certain health issues.
Some of us are new, some of us having been doing it a while. Either way, your ideas and goals are important. When we work together, I am here for You, along with any questions or concerns you may have.
During our training, never hesitate to ask for any knowledge or advice outside of training. As a trainer who has done plenty of research, I can help you execute a better diet plan, or give my experiences with supplements or vitamins.
I'll create a customized training program based on your fitness level and goals. With regular check-ins and adjustments, you'll see progress and meet your fitness goals.
I offer fitness assessments to help you understand your strengths and weaknesses. With this information, we'll develop a training plan that's tailored to your unique needs.
Nutrition plays a crucial role in achieving your fitness goals. I'll provide guidance and coaching to help you make healthy choices and stay on track.
Join one of my small group training sessions for a fun and challenging workout. You'll get the benefits of personal training in a supportive group environment.
